call-to-action color code not working

    My call-to-action button has a white background and gray text even though the code on the stylesheet has it set to Dodger Blue background-color: #1874cd; /* Dodger Blue */. is something overriding the css sheet? how can i fix this? thanks. http://www.redferretwebdesign.com.
