Call to Action

Hi,

I have a few Call to Action buttons on my home page, one with the blue button and another up top, the former linking to a mobile phone and the latter linking to the contact page, to cater for both mobile and desktop users.

Does anyone know if there is any way one can have the links redirect users differently depending on whether they are mobile or on a desktop? I’d like to have it that the links redirect mobile users to the mobile phone number while for desktop users it redirects to the contact page.
