Call failed

    Added a site that I joined and every time I try to login it says call failed contact support; I have tried importing the settings and wiping account and device and it keeps happening

    Hi @bfornasar please drop an email at support@getkeyy.com with your email address (which you used to create account on getkeyy), last device used for login, any website connect to keyy and your username on that website.

    I will have a look and get back to you.

    I have yet not received any response from you on the last email I sent.
    Could you please confirm if you are trying to import your private key and post that you are getting this message_verification_failed error?
