    The make new event as well as all past events do not show the calendar time and day selection at this time. What could be the problem and how do I remedy it?

    Hi @erotstra,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear that you are having this issue here.

    If I understand correctly, when trying to create or edit an event, the TEC meta box does not load, and you cannot edit or see the date/time.

    Could you try the following, and see if it makes a difference:

    • Disable block editor for events. You could use Classic Editor plugin
    • In the Text tab of the classic editor, remove the block code (e.g. <!–) and save the event. (https://d.pr/i/jUUc07)

    Moreover, would be good if you could also provide us a screenshot, what you see on your end.

    Yes, I have the calendar pro if I am remembering correctly.

    I am definitely missing the entire meta box in all the past events and any new events I create.

    I tried that below:

    Disable block editor for events. You could use Classic Editor plugin
    In the Text tab of the classic editor, remove the block code (e.g. <!–) and save the event. (https://d.pr/i/jUUc07)

    I didnt see any change in the meta box being visible. It isnt even shown as an option for being visible with the rest of them.

    I dont see how to attach any screenshot to this posting. Below is the unedited code from the classic editor screen:

    All metabox options have been checked to be visible, but like I said, that box is not being shown as an option. The event status is only showing 3 options and defaults to “scheduled”, if that helps at all.

    Hi @erotstra,

    Thanks for getting back to me quickly here. I’m curious, could clear caching plugin (if you have any) and browser cache — then check again the screen option and make sure The Events Calendar option is checked in the options.

    In regard to the screenshots, you could upload to a third-party app such as Loom or Cloudapp for sharing screenshots or screen recording.

    Abz,
    The selection box is not seen in the list shown as viewed at https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuvbNpk. This being after I cleared the cache in Edge.

    Is there a recommended browser that may be better to use with WP? Maybe this is causing the problem?

    Hi @erotstra, there’s no particular browser, any should be fine. I’d recommend personally Chrome or Edge though. Would be good if you could do the next steps, on my previous response for us to help you better also we’d like to follow WordPress guidelines about premium customer support. This case might be isolated, and we’d like to investigate further.
