    Hello,
The first calendar install worked just fine for many months then all of a sudden about 60 days ago it crashed our website until we disabled it without any reason as we did not make any changes to our system or website. Then we noticed it was a older version so we uploaded the newest version 6.0.3.1 Once the free events calendar was installed into our WordPress account it again causes our Website to crash and not be accessible. So we had to disable it from our WordPress website again. Our WordPress is version 6.1 and our PHP version is 7.4. We have 52 installed addons that run our entire website.

    Can you help?

    Regards, Robert Davis

Hi @yamhillneighborhood, apologies for the delay here, I’m back now.

We just released The Events Calendar 6.0.4. We fixed quite a few errors in this release, and it may have solved this issue as well. Please update and let us know if that fixes the issue here.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server and keep a working backup of your website.

Also, please clear any caching for both third-party plugins and server-side (if you have any). It would also be good to flush permalinks.

    Best,
    Abz
