    I am sorry to hear that Invoke_Media_Group. 🙁 As we mention in our sticky posts and forum instructions we do a pass once a week of our support forums, though sometimes it takes a little longer during and directly after the holidays. In our PRO forums a team of support folks do multiple passes every day, and we basically guarantee a turn around of 24 hours. But, we can not provide the same level of support for the free plugin, it’s simply not possible.
