I posted this question/problem more than 2 months ago!?
If the support takes so much time it isn’t useful to have the plugin installed because with any problem it takes far too long before there is a solution.
In the mean time I removed it and installed another plugin.

There is a problem with your HTML tag which is blocking the calculator.
The text “If You Have It, You Can Make Anything Look Good” that you have added just below the calculator is blocking the calculator I was unable to click it so I have removed the text then tried and the calculator is working fine with “Metric” and “standard” both.

In BMI calculator, short code is mentioned as [fcp-bmi-intake-calculator] instead of [fcp-bmi-calculator] . Please correct the same. For avoiding queries

shortcode mistake in the admin setting page has been fixed and the plugin has also been updated. You can download a fresh copy of it.
