Cache Warming Query

I use this plugin on a high traffic site and all the other sites I design on. It’s a great plugin.

I’m using the plugin on a high traffic website with frequent cache refreshes. Performance obviously declines when the cache is refreshed.

Do you have any kind of cache warmer script that I can potentially use on the command line that could crawl the sitemap xml? I’ve seen it done before with Litespeed/Magento, using a crawl script and it works very well.

It would be great to have some control and determine which pages are cached and link this to a cron job.
