    Hi

May I know how to enable this option?

Page Cache > Cache URIs with query string variables

It’s always grey-out, unable to check.

    Thank you

    Hello @futureyoon

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.

By default, the option “Cache URIs with query string variables” is greyed out if the Page Cache caching method is Disk: Enhanced. So in order to be able to select this option you need to switch to Disk: Basic Caching method or use memory-based caching like Redis or Memcached.
If you want to cache pages with query strings with Disk: Enhanced caching method, you can, however you need to manually add the query string to Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>Accepted query strings:

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks!
