Cache sometimes will retrieve old url resources

After development, we changed url of website from https://en.fivestarcharts.com to https://fivestarcharts.com, however, sometimes fastest cache will retrieve the static resources from old urls which cause page to render into mess.
I have tried to clear all cache but it still happens. Can I know why is that and how do I completely clear it?
