Cache Preload Error

    Hi

    On two occasions, after purging cache when I pressed the “Run” button on the Preload page, I got this error.

    I closed the error dialog and then I Was able to run preload. But a little concerned. Can you please tell what this means?

    Hi there,

    We’ve had a few reports on that, and are looking into it. What you see is of no concern (it’s the error reporting system that’s not reporting properly).

    Though it does mean that an error occurred when preloading.

    Does it happen every time you preload?

    No, not every time. So far it has happened only twice while I must have preloaded cache about 50 times.

    Same here! Seems it only appears when woocoomerce plugin is active

    I am not using Woocommerce.

    Same in here, no solution for more than 2 weeks. I guess I will remove the plugin and ask refund.

    Hi all,

    So we have figured what the “error alert” is, and we’re fixing that. It is an error that’s not handled properly. BUT it means that there’s an other underlying error on the server, which we aren’t able to reproduce.

    Does anyone have network errors when getting these alerts? And errors in their PHP error logs?

    Same error:

    No network errors, though. I am running a Divi+WPML site, rather basic.

    Same here, same error on WordPress 5.4.1.

    Hate to have to change plugins, will wait a little while longer for an update.

    I have to admit I don’t know where the PHP error logs are located. I did just log on to my cPanel and see these general errors, but I don’t think this is what you meant? I am running a very old theme and PHP 7.3.
