Cache-preload – cron settings?

    Hi guys,

    I read that the cache-preload seems to be triggered by site-calls of real visitors. So I always need traffik to have my sites cached and some users will experience long loading times.

    In order to avoid that: Is there a way to trigger the cache-preload by a real cron-job?

    Could someone explain?
