Cache pages for mobile on responsive site

My site (GooseyGoo) is responsive already, so I don’t want to add a plugin that will alter the site’s appearance on mobile devices, I just want the pages to be cached. How can I achieve this?
With my current WP Super Cache settings, I get page load times of 3-4 seconds on desktop but 10-15 seconds on mobile!
