Cache not generated on proxy

    WordPress Multisite.
    If website is after proxy, settings files and cache files are not generated.
    Directories and files path contains “:443” (colon 443)
    This occurs directories and files are not created.

    I tryed identify problem.
    After many hour I have to give up.
    Anyway, there is problem with paths which contains string :443

    $request_headers['Host'] contains string: :443 and perharps this occurs, the cache file is not save on disk.

    There is few places which create paths based on host name.
    The character sequence :443 appears in the path of each one.
