Cache Folder in Websites Main Directory

    Hi There, I wanna know whether we can skip or delete cache folder while downloading or transferring our site to new hosting??
    like wp-content/cache
    I am downloading my website’s backup and cache folder almost have every original file cached.. Can i skip downloading it ?

    This is about backup tool not about wpfc. and I guess you cannot skip.
