Cache clear timing

Hi, quick question. After I update a page, should LiteSpeed Cache clear that page cache by itself, or is it better to purge manually?

I’m not facing a big issue, just want to understand the best normal workflow. The forum has similar topics about changes not showing and cache delay, so I wanted to ask clearly.
