Cache breaking pages with SSL and CDN

Hello,

I’ve set up CloudFront through this plugin and often pages that have SSL enabled are breaking and clearing the pages cache fixes it immediately.

Have you got a permanent fix for this? I’ve had to tick the “Disable CDN on SSL pages” for now, but I want to have CDN on the SSL pages too.
