Buyer Beware

I purchased this plugin then I purchased the upgrade unlimited package. Almost $100 Australian dollars later and product downloaded files okay but would not upload the files to the new domain on the new host provider. After 5 hours of stress trying to move the clients big website and then another 3 days of constant trying and many emails for assistant to the developers nothing. No help no explanation nothing. I lost a client that was worth $500 a month to me.

When the plugin developer finally got back to me after I had ended up sending multiple complaints and the last one was threatening to expose them they said they would have given me a refund on my first 3 paragraphs in the email but didn’t like my threat so I wouldn’t be getting a refund.

So they admitted they new they had a problem with the plugin and should have refunded me but because they did not like my threat to expose them they weren’t going to give me the refund.

I did not find out until after I had made my purchase that the plugin does not work with all hosting providers and it so happened it would not work with the host my client had moved to. You think they would make this clear in the front end sale before they take your money.

Buyer be very aware you buy and then go to use the paid version and have to pay extra to actually use it and at almost $100au you find out you wasted your money and they know it.

I would not touch anything from this developer with a ten foot pole they are obviously scamming people on the paid end of their product.
