    Hi,

    We have upcoming order for 70 giftcards. there´s this customer who orders these and then they will give these to their customers as a gift.

    If there´s such amount of cards in order, is this customer going to have 70 emails – one for each gift card?

    Or are there way to generate 70 gift card codes and send to customer in one pdf after order is placed?

    Using the PW Gift Cards Pro version, you can generate 70 gift cards and email them to the customer. We have a guide available on how to generate these gift cards. The guide is for sending the cards to a vendor for printing physical cards, however the process is the same as your request:

    But how would the customer pay for it first from the site before we manually generate and export the table/excel sheet to that one vendor/customer? Don’t we still need the customer to add to cart first, etc? Please clarify. Thanks.

    They will put 70 cards in their cart and place the order. They will receive all 70 gift cards via email.

    If you would prefer that they don’t receive 70 emails you can have them put an invalid email address in the “To” field. That means the emails will never arrive, but the gift card numbers will be generated. At that point you can copy them from the system and send a single email with the list.
