Buttons in mobile view

I’m having an issue with the buttons in job list view.
The button is adjusted correctly in smaller displays, but the labeling remains static. Corresponding to this, the button is very narrow with the label cut off in mobile view.

Is there a way to make the font responsive as well? Alternatively, the button would have to switch into the next line, but I couldn’t do that either.
