Buttons floating to the right

Hi there, I’m loving this plugin!

I’m trying to copy this form https://givewp.com/gdi-demo/#forms-multi and was doing great until I set up the CUSTOM FIELD option. After I did this the buttons moved down.

As you can see from both examples on my website: http://dev.worldfuturecouncil.org/donate/ the form on the right works fine and I would like the same result on the left, using a CUSTOM AMOUNT button as well.

I inspected the element on your example, but can’t seem to find the proper code that will get me the same result you have achieved.
