Technical support staff from where? I have no idea what you’re showing me in your screenshots.
Did you read before posting here?
Technical support for my website template. He asked me if I could contact you, since they didn’t find the solution to my problem with your Loco Translate plugin.
These screenshots are from the problems they found with the plugin in my website, they made them.

My plugin is a file editor.
Has your translation been saved into the MO file which is read by the “website template”? Did they verify that?
Please provide steps to reproduce your issue.
Yes, I have the MO files uploaded in the corresponding folder inside the template folder.
For example, if you access the URL of my website:
https://doca.page
At the bottom you will see the “Sonido ON” button that serves to turn the sound of the music On/Off. I have this text translated in the 3 languages.
If you go to the top right, there is a Button that allows you to access the menu. If you select it, it will be displayed. The last entry is used to change the language (Spanish, English, French).
If you select any other of the languages the “Sonido ON” button should change for example to “Sound ON” and it doesn’t. But the rest of the translations do change.
Thanks!

Where? please give the path.
If the MO file has been saved and your translation is in there, then it would seem your theme is not reading the translation from there. Perhaps your theme editor has them saved in your database as an option. In which case they would not be loaded from your translations.

Ok, so Loco Translate has done its job. The text is saved to your disk.
That means the problem is with whatever loads this file and then whatever displays it. That is not within the purview of my plugin.
My only guess currently is as I’ve said, that possibly the Spanish text has been saved into your database somehow by some customiser system. Possibly by whatever this is: https://prnt.sc/rod8p8
I can’t help you further as your theme is commercial.
