Thanks for your interest in our plugins. These are my answers for your requests:
1. Composite Products:
Since you’re using the Premium version of our plugin, you can kindly contact this page and create a new ticket to request the custom feature for your site. Please note that these might or might not be added into the official release of our plugin in the future updates. The final decision is up to our developers. I can’t interfere with that.
Moreover, have you tried the “Link to individual products” in Composite Product setting? You can enable this so that when customers want to know more about a product, they can click on the component name, it will lead them to that product page. I highly recommend that you choose “Yes, open in quickview popup” cause this would be helpful for user experience: your customers will stay at that current page and still be able to preview the product information. In order to use this, you need to install WPC Smart Quick View then turn on this option. You can configure which kind of info you’d like to show in the Smart Quickview plugin setting. Honestly, I think you don’t need more buttons in order to lead to individual product pages.
2. Product Bundles:
– It’s impossible to add a bundle into composite or any other special product types we offer like grouped product or composite, since they’re equivalent in product level (You can see that the Product type drop down only allows you to choose either of the above product types.) Product Bundles/ Composite Products or grouped product can only work with WPC Bought Together or WPC Force Sells. You can learn more about our major WooCommerce plugins here and how to combine them.
– When out of stock products are added to a composite as components (remember to choose source: Products), it will make the whole composite goes out of stock if you set “Yes” for “Required” option in component setting. You can set it as optional by choose “No” for this option.
FYI, you can turn on the “Exclude unpurchasable products” option by navigating to WPClever >> Composite Products from the admin dashboard. This will keep your composite in stock even when one of the components goes out of stock, but it will remove all out-of-stock items from the list at the same time. There’s no way to keep an out-of-stock product in a composite and make the deal still purchasable meanwhile with our plugin.
