Button that shows more rows

    Hey Tobias,

    I love your plugin. It really is the best table plugin for WordPress and I donated already! 🙂

    Now, I have a lot of rows in my table – and I’d like to only show first 5 rows, then have a button to display: “Show all rows”.

    I understand this is Javascript, and I haven’t found any add-on plugin for this feature.

    Could you help me out?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    I see what you mean, but unfortunately, I don’t have a solution here that’s readily usable 🙁
    Your best chance would indeed be JavaScript code, e.g. based on jQuery. With that, you’d have to “listen” for the button click and then perform the desired action, e.g. add a certain CSS class to the table, which would result in all tables being shown.

    Hi,

    that’s something that we should maybe discuss directly. Can you therefore maybe get in touch via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)?
