Button styling for dummies

Hi!

I am trying to style my “submit” button to match the others on our site. Would you mind taking a look?

I know this question has been asked before so I feel like a dodo, but I can’t seem to do it right.

In addition to the styling problem, I am also hoping that the “hover” finger will appear like the other buttons as well.
