Here is what my button shortcode looks like: [purchase_link id=”26686″ style=”button” color=”blue” text=”Buy Now” direct=”true”] yet but button is a blue DOWNLOAD with an arrow.
Can I add one more small issue… I can’t seem to get it to open in a new window though I swore I saw that choice somewhere. What I want is Buy It Now buttons that are clear to the purchaser and opens in a new window direct on paypay. Not sure if the cost can show on the button or not but no matter what I do I just get a big blue Download button. Been working on it all morning and researching.
It’s live just not working as I’d like it too: http://ourpeacefulplanet.com/2016/12/28/burning-bowl-ceremony/

Hi Nancy,
The Buy Now text isn’t showing up because your theme is hiding it and replacing the text with a background button.
Here’s the CSS causing that: https://cloudup.com/cA7f_iPNxe3
Is that CSS something you added to the site or was it someone else (perhaps your theme’s developer)?
I know what’s causing that. Its another download plugin called Simple Digital Downloads. It handles all my free downloads of which I have hundreds so I can’t disable it. I was hoping there would be no conflict… silly me. I found that block on that programs CSS I just don’t know enough about CSS to know if there would be a workaround.
Could you tell me one thing though… is there a reason when they do click it does not open on a new page? Is that also due to the conflict with my other program?
Our download / purchase buttons are not designed to open new windows, so what you’re seeing there is the expected behavior.
