    The value of the buttonlink shortcode parameter must be the postid of whichever post/page you want to link to as a popup. This parameter was not designed to accept a URL.

    Okay thanks for replying, can you give me an example of how you would write the link if you were linking to a page on my website that is in the menu: eg: http://www.hyphonmusicgroup.com/music-library-licensing-form/

    On viewing your page source and looking at the body classes, <body class="page page-id-16726…, I can see that your page has an id of 16726, so try using:

    buttonlink=16726
