Bundled Products missing sometimes

We are using this plugin for a special promotion we are running so that people can buy a bundle which includes a course (simple product) and a subscription (simple subscription product). For the most part it has operated fine but we’ve had two or more completed orders come through where the bundled products are missing and so they simply just paid for the parent bundle but didn’t receive access to the products they actually purchased.
Here is a normal order of what it should look like:
