Bundle pack question

    Hello.

    I’m interested in buying the bundle pack and I visited the forums (https://ultimatemember.com/forums/) to get some insight but I’ve seen that they are not active and the last posts are from a year ago. Is this because they are locked and only visible to members? Is there a registration form somewhere so I can join and ask my pre-purchase questions there?

    Also, since I live in EU and it’s an international order, I think I don’t have to pay the 24% VAT.

    Please let me know.

    Due to wp.org forum rules we are not allowed to discuss paid extensions on this website. In future you will need to submit a pre-purchase question via their website. If you think they are not active or not responsive enough, then maybe you shouldn’t buy anything yet.

    It’s ok, I don’t want an answer for the VAT here.
    But since I assume you work for Ultimate Member, can you please answer me the other question, if the forums are active but locked to unregistered users?

    No. I don’t work for UM and this is not a UM forum either. I am just a WordPress volunteer who provides information for this board.
