bullets are not preserved when I "save draft"

    I try to insert bullets into my post. I see them in the post. Then I hit “save draft” and “view page” and they are gone. This also happens when I cut and paste from an external document. I see them in the page, then it disappears when I save draft or publish. How can I preserve them?
