Bullet Issue (Not Using W3 Cache Plugin)

Hi!

I checked out your free plugin to see how I like it but I’m having an issue where it shows bullets instead of a design. I checked out all of the other forum posts for this plugin but I was not able to resolve it.

Besides this one small hiccup, I love the design of the Premium version and will upgrade it as long as I don’t have the bullet issue.
