    Hello,

I am using MailPoet on my WordPress site and I am facing an issue: the feature that allows selecting and deleting subscribers in bulk, as described in your knowledge base article (https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/285-how-to-select-all-subscribers), appears to no longer be available in my current version of the plugin.

    Steps to reproduce the issue:

    1. I go to MailPoet → Subscribers
    2. I look for the option to select all subscribers (checkbox “Select all” or equivalent)
    3. The feature does not appear / is not accessible

    Expected behavior:
To be able to select all subscribers and delete them in a single action, as indicated in your documentation.

    Current behavior:
The bulk selection option is not visible or accessible.

    Additional information:

    • MailPoet 5.29.0 + MailPoet Premium 5.29.0
    • WordPress 7.0
    • Chrome MacOS

Could you please help me find this feature or confirm whether it has been removed in recent versions?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @olivgraphic,

The bulk actions for subscribers are still available — the Subscribers page was recently redesigned with a new interface, so it looks a bit different from what’s shown in the documentation.

    To use bulk actions:

    1. Go to MailPoet → Subscribers
    2. Select one or more subscribers using the checkboxes
    3. The bulk action options (Move to Trash, Add to List, etc.) will appear once you’ve selected subscribers

One thing to note: the ability to “Select all subscribers on all pages” at once is temporarily unavailable in the new interface. For now, bulk actions apply to the subscribers visible on the current page. Our team is actively working on bringing this back.

Let us know if you have any other questions!
