Bulk Publish Not Working

I have been trying to bulk publish my articles to Apple News, but the bulk update is not working. I can publish them singularly, and they will process and go live, but when selecting unpublished articles, and then trying to publish them, i am getting a Error 403 – Forbidden.

I have spoken to hosting support, and they changed the permissions, but still didn’t work.

Any ideas?
