bulk product import from cvs file

    Hi there,

    I have tried to upload product from cvs file. Have read the guide, did the mapping correctly.
    But, non of the attributes and external product links uploaded. (I only have external ones)
    After editing the items manually it looks OK.
    Any suggestion on what have I missed, or what should I change in the excel columns?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If I not mistaken you are referring to importing products via CSV here, correct?

    If so, can you please share how are you importing products via CSV to your site? Is it thru the built-in Product CSV Importer and Exporter? If so, please share with us a copy of the CSV file you are using here so that we could check this further.

    Otherwise, if this was added thru a third-party plugin or a custom code, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
