Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The SEO scores can’t be imported to the Rank Math plugin since we use different metrics than other SEO plugins to determine the content’s effectiveness and optimization.
We use Google’s latest ranking factors that pertain to one’s on-page content, to determine if the content is well-optimized, and assign a score based on various tests we run on the content.
You can follow the following guide to reach 100 scores:

But please stay advised that these tests are just guidelines, and one does not need to follow them religiously.
At the end of the day, the content needs to be written for the readers and not for the search engines.
Scoring higher points in Rank Math’s tests won’t guarantee higher rankings.

Thanks for your answer.
Your explaination wasn’t my problem, though.
My problem is that I used the bulk / mass edit function in the admin area under posts, as explained in the first post. The “pencil” on the right side of the “SEO-Details” text.
I have added one keyword (different mostly) to a thousands of posts. But the score doesn’t show up under “SEO-Details”-column (still in the post-section) and Rank Math is still says over thousands of posts have no keyword, although we added them via bulk/mass edit function. So the SEO analysis is wrong and RankMath not able to use the keywords we added in hours of work.
Also, RankMath says in an analysis: ” Fokus-Schlüsselwörter in Beiträgen konnten nicht überprüft werden – die Beitrag-Meta-Tabelle überschreitet die Größenbegrenzung. ” translates like “focus keywords in posts couldn’t be checked – the post-meta-table is exceeding its size”.

Keyword is available, the score says “N/A” and it’s like this for weeks now since we edited and added the keywords. And it’s for thousands of articles.

1. The score is calculated only on the Edit post screen, so you will have to manually visit each post and update it. Some tests are JS based so they can’t be updated without opening the posts.
2. The SEO Analysis must be showing the cached data. Please Flush SEO Analysis Data from Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database tools page

In yesterday’s update we have added a filter to increase this limit.

So after updating the plugin, you can add the following filter code in functions.php file to increase the limit:
