Hi there,
By the sounds of things, you could look into using one of the following:
Hope it helps.
Thank you for the mention Riaan! 🙇♂️
@thadude, Definitely recommend checking out my product Metorik. I have a tool called Metorik Engage that will let you do this automatically as soon as customers meet certain rules (eg. email customers if they’ve spent over $100 but didn’t order in 6 months) – https://metorik.com/engage. Any questions please reach out! 🙂
I dont want to send any email when some criteria is met, i just want to send a custom email to selected customers with a mouse click. For example, when viewing all orders on Woocommerce, i would like to be able to select the checkboxes for every customer and then have to option to select “Send custom email #1” from a dropdown menu and then send the email.
Not resolved yet, any ideas?

Within websites and e-commerce, most people no longer manually selecting the customers that you want to email. Instead, you select them by criteria: have they purchased product x recently? Did they purchase something within the last 30 days? The mail systems such as Follow Up Emails, Metorik, and MailChimp are all sophisticated enough to do this.
I’m not as familiar with the other two, but Follow Up Emails allows you to create a manual email, then choose who you’d like to send it to:

I hope that sends you in the right direction!
