    I tried it, with a value of 5% in the field and clicked update – nothing changed ?

    In chrome, View > Developer > Javascript console. See if an error appears when you apply it.

    I’d also disable those woocommerce plugins, including “Woocommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife” to see if they are changing this.
