Is there a way to bulk validate all of the posts on a site without using the wp-cli? I am not sure that method is attainable to the average user. I have not seen how to do it through the gui other than each post individually.

There is not currently a way to do bulk validation in the admin, but this is definitely something that has been discussed, along with using WP Cron to continuously monitor compatibility: https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/issues/1007

I’ve opened https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/issues/1755 which you can subscribe to for updates on when it will be included in a release.
