Building for AdSense

    Looking to build a new site and want to incorporate Google ads to display on my site. For those who have done it, in your experience, which is the better approach:

    1. Use a template that has pre-built spots for ads to display
    2. Use whatever template I want for the look and feel, and use a Google AdSense plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/adsense-plugin/

    Thoughts?

    Hi,

    Unless, you need a special ad spot. I would go for option 2.
    It’s possible to use an adsense plugin or by adding adsense code into text widgets for deploying it in sidebar.
