So the radio button options display “option 1” “option 2” instead of the text I added.
On the website field I add a website and click register and it says “please enter a URL” . I have added http://www.————-.com.
Why when woo does not need a username are we forced to add a username. This needs to be removed or made an option.

Also when you click register there is no “confirmation message” and to compound this the form fields remain populated.
Thank you for writing in, after thoroughly testing all the issues you mentioned, here is what we found:
1. Radio Button Bug: This is the only confirmed bug. The radio button values reset when the form is modified or saved after customizing the option names. We have reported this to our developer team and a fix will be included in our upcoming update.
In the meantime, please edit the form, update the radio option values, and save the form. After saving, please avoid making any further modifications to keep the values intact.
2. Website Field and Fields Remaining Populated: We were unable to replicate these issues on our testing environment. Could you please provide us with the link to your registration page so we can investigate further?
3. Username Field: You can make the username field non-required by simply disabling the required option. Please refer to this screenshot for reference: https://i.imgur.com/XiPTDrU.png
Your suggestion to remove the username field entirely is a valid one and we have noted it as a feature request. In the meantime, you can hide it by adding display:none in the Additional CSS block setting. Please refer to this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/zJ6Hk0X.png
4. Confirmation Message: The free version does not display a confirmation message as it only supports auto-approval, which redirects users back to the registration page or my account page after completing registration. If you would like to display a welcome message, you can create a custom page and set it as the redirect destination after registration. Please refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://i.imgur.com/C1v3pEY.png
Best Regards!
3. Update — Deleting the Username Field: You can delete the username field directly from your registration form. You simply need to unlock the field first to access the delete option. Please refer to the screen recording below for step-by-step guidance.
[Screen Recording Link]Hi there.
I’d managed to delete the user namer field in testing and had done that. As an owner operator of WP the confusion was that you made it ‘required’. I think your docs also say don’t delete them so make just a slight change in the way this is communicated.
On the website entry it’s because you have to add https://, try it just adding (www.——-) and it’ll prompt you for a URL. Most people won’t know this and it took me a lot of wasted time to get there. So that is that “bug”.

Here is the page with the registration details on it. When I click register the page just keeps the fields populated.
Thanks for the quick response.-

Thank you for writing back!
To help clarify the web address format, think of a web address like a mailing address. The https:// or http:// part is like writing “Street” or “Avenue” — it tells the system what type of address it is and how to reach it. The www is simply part of the website name. Without https:// or http:// in front of it, the system does not recognize it as a complete web address. It would be like writing a house number without mentioning the street name — the letter would never reach the right place.
Please also note that not all websites use www. For example, both of the following are valid website addresses:
Both start with https:// but only one includes www. This means https:// is the required part that every website link must have, while www is optional and depends on the website.
Regarding the field populate issue, it appears that a third-party element may be interfering with the registration process. During our testing, we noticed that the page reloads without completing the registration, even when valid information is entered, or no error message is displayed while leaving the required field empty.
We recommend performing a conflict test on your site by deactivating your plugins one by one while testing the registration process after each deactivation. Or refer to the this documentation for more detailed guidance.
Best regards!
