Buggy HTML in theme – unbalanced div tag

This theme has buggy HTML.
When I saw an unbalanced HTML tag error I thought it was my fault because I had modified a few theme pages, but the same error is found validating http://themedemo.web-dorado.com/businesstheme/ipsum-presents/ using https://validator.w3.org/.
