Buggy and no support

This guy wants your money and then to ignore you when his buggy POS plugin doesn’t work, the submit button fails so often and there’s no way to fix so you have to start again from scratch. That’s inconvenient, being ignored when you request support is just ridiculous. It should be taken down until he acts like a grown up.
