Good plugin. Unfortunately, every time it’s updated, a new bug is introduced.

In the end, I stopped using this plugin.

Best to use the Phone field offered within Gravity Forms.

Go to Add Fields > Advanced Fields > Phone, then go to Field Settings > Appearance > Placeholder and add the text: Country Code + Phone Number. No more issues. Both the country code and phone number are captured in the frontend and backend — and never blocked by ad-blocking browser extensions.
