bug with two left angle brackets

Hi,

I like this plugin but maybe I´ve found a bug?!:

If I write an article with the line

<pre> text << text</pre>

(Two left angle bracket side by side)

I´ll get in crayon after publishing:

text < < text

and it will be changing the sourcecode because if I edit the article the original line in editor

<pre> text << text</pre>

will be changed to

<pre> text < < text</pre>

Am I right?
