Bug with profiles picture uploads button

hi, im experiencing a bug on my user account page. When user try to upload their profile picture in edit profile tab. They pressed the icon in picture and it redirect user to their user page immediately. The only option for them to upload a profile picture is clicking a blank space beside the picture for the option to upload to show up
