Bug with deleting images

I have replicated this across multiple sites now. When moderating comments, the delete image button does not work in the backend.

• Steps to replicate:
  Enable ability for commenters to add image in wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpdiscuz_options_page&wpd_tab=content
• Post a comment as a guest and include an image
• Approve the comment (if required)
• When reviewing comments at wp-admin/edit-comments.php, clicking the delete image button does not work. I do get the browser pop-up to accept deletion, but then nothing happens. See https://d.pr/i/k4uUwU
• When using the same image delete button on the front end (while logged in as an admin) the image is properly deleted. See https://d.pr/i/ACBM5w
