Update the Codex > Theme Development Page.

This page: https://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Development contains this sentence with a link:

Note the list of Tags used to describe the theme. These allow user to find your theme using the tag filter. Here is the full list of the tags allowed.

If you click on the “list of the tags allowed”, we get redirected to the new Themes page, specifically this one: https://wordpress.org/themes/tag-filter/

On this page it is pretty much impossible to get the list of available tags, so we are left in the dark here.

Please update/fix this issue, thank you.
