I am getting your concerns about the module’s performance within different sizes of the window OR mobile view as well. I would inform you that it also depends on the responsiveness of the theme too that you are using on your site.
However, in that case, have you tested for any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting? Please see the instructions below for how to do this and take a look once again for your reference, check if you have missed anything in the process:

Please make a full site backup (files+database) before making any changes.
NOTE: Always ensure you are running with the updated version on your site.
