BUG – incomplete carousel thumbnails media manager support

    It seems that the thumbnails being generated by the carousel are not accessible by the media manager. If an image is deleted via the media manager, the corresponding carousel thumbnail is not deleted.

    So, if a user then uploads an image with the same filename, no new thumbnail is generated, and the thumbnail is now wrong, without the user having any way of changing it.
