Bug in image editor?

There seem to be a bug in the image editor:

I like to change my thumbnails, but the image editor shows the already cropped image. I am not able to select another part of the image.

Currently, my thumbnails are 220×160. The images are in 4:3 portrait format. I can only zoom in the chest. I am not able to crop the image that the thumbnails will show the face.
